Indeed, the actor's love life has been as exciting as his work life. In 1995, he started dating "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress Vanessa Marcil, who was also his "General Hospitals" co-star. After only eight months together, the pair decided to get engaged.
Sadly, the whirlwind romance was short-lived. A few months after the engagement, Marcil and Fillion's engagement crumbled under their unrevealed differences.

NATHAN FILLION HAD A LONG-TIME RELATIONSHIP WITH PERRY REEVES
For many years after his engagement and breakup with Marcil, Fillion stayed single and focused on his career. That was until 2005 when news came out that actress Perrey Reeves had officially become Nathan Fillion's girlfriend.
The lovebirds confirmed the news and dated for four years. In those years, the pair was the absolute cutest, and they were often spotted going around together.
Again, things ended disappointingly when Reeves and Fillion parted ways in 2009. Reeves went on to get engaged to Aaron Fox, the co-founder and president of the tennis company, Grips.

NATHAN FILLION PROPOSED TO HIS SECOND FIANCEE ONLY MONTHS AFTER MEETING HER
Over the next couple of years, Fillion was rumored and confirmed to be dating quite a lot of people, including Felicia Day. The duo were co-stars in "Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog" in 2009 and allegedly had a child together.
Day gave birth to her daughter in 2017, naming the infant Calliope Maeve. However, she has not revealed who the father of her child is. All that is known is that she conceived her child through IVF treatment.
Eventually, Fillion started dating actress Mikaela Hoover, whom he met in 2013. They were engaged in the same year and publicly appeared in red carpet events and photographs. Sadly, the beautiful couple did not reach the altar as they split up shortly after.

KRISTA ALLEN WAS NATHAN FILLION'S GIRLFRIEND
In 2015, Fillion turned heads yet again with another stunning partner. He started dating Krista Allen, an actress and model who previously dated actor George Clooney. An insider said about their relationship:
"They met a few months ago through friends, and it's going really well. He's met her son, and they get along. Krista is super happy. She's been kind of unlucky in love in the past, and now she's found this genuinely nice guy [...]."
Despite having a great start, that relationship failed too. With the kind of bumpy love life that Fillion has had, the actor is reportedly still single and focused on his career. Hopefully, he finds the right person for him.
