The ScreenX poster features an illustration of Taylor-Johnson in the movie's titular role. Added blood spots — and the character holding a skull in one hand, while clenching a fist with the other — also tease the brutal violence of the R-rated film. Notably, Kraven the Hunter is the first of all of Sony's Spider-Man Universe films to be given an R-rating following Morbius, Madame Web, and the Venom movies. Check out the new poster below.

Taylor-Johnson, who also appears in the upcoming Nosferatu film hitting theaters later in December, has spoken out about why he wanted to take on the role of Kraven. He was intrigued by how this character was more "grounded" compared to others seen in comic book movies, and the actor thought he was able to bring something new to the role.
Kraven the Hunter Will Surprise Marvel Fans
"I think there was something unique about this character and something grounded," Talor-Johnson told Rolling Stone. "We’ve all had enough of seeing certain studio films, a certain kind of pop culture… where they’re churning out stuff that dilutes wanting to go to the cinema. I wouldn’t have signed onto it if I felt there wasn’t something to really bring to life with this character."
